Objective: To report the implementation of the reab-covid group developed by an interprofessional team in primary care. Methods: An exploratory descriptive study, of the experience report type, describing the post-COVID 19 rehabilitation group in Seridó Potiguar, implemented by primary care residents, in the year 2021. Data collected from field files and diaries underwent descriptive analysis . Results and discussion: Strategies adopted in health education and in collective post-covid rehabilitation activities were active health methodologies, including gymkhana, conversation wheel, thematic debates, group dynamics. In addition to kinesiotherapy, respiratory muscle training and aerobic exercises. Being a woman and being older were negatively associated with the dimensions of symptom onset and decreased quality of life. The intervention contributed positively to matrix support, articulation of the health care network, quality of life, users' perception and a more comprehensive and comprehensive interprofessional intervention.
