Transparência e controle social no currículo escolar: percepção dos educadores da rede estadual do RN vinculados à 3ª DIREC. 2021.126f. Monografia (Graduação em Administração Pública à Distância) - Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Nova Cruz, 2021.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/45456The main objective of this research is to analyze the perception of educators from the state education system in Rio Grande do Norte, linked to the 3rd DIREC, in relation to the themes of Transparency and Social Control in the school curriculum and in pedagogical practice. To achieve this purpose, three specific objectives were defined, namely, to draw a socio-professional profile of state school teachers linked to the 3rd DIREC, identify the main needs and possible impediments that are related to the approach to transparency and social control in pedagogical practice and, finally, to know the opinion of educators about the usefulness, relevance and importance of transparency and social control as curricular components. The theoretical framework focused, in its first part, on the concepts, classifications, modalities and main mechanisms of transparency and social control. In the second part, we analyzed the school curriculum and the set of multiple relationships (economic, cultural, political, ideological, etc.) that determine it, as well as the norms that govern the formal curriculum (especially the LDB, the BNCC and the resolutions CNE) and possible openings for the study of transparency and social control. Finally, the role of educators in the education system was discussed and a quick profile of these professionals was drawn up, based on previous research. In the context of data collection, a brief profile of educators from the state school system was drawn up, linked to the 3rd DIREC and it was found, among other things, a lack of theoretical and practical knowledge on transparency and social control and lack of skills with ICTs. Most teachers do not feel able or comfortable to address these issues in the classroom. The survey also revealed that teachers consider these themes to be important and that they should be included in the curriculum as cross-cutting themes. The intervention proposals aim, in compliance with national guidelines, to include the themes of transparency and social control among the Contemporary Transversal Themes (TCTs) and to train teachers to make them sowers / multipliers of knowledge and practices of social control and transparency of public management, in addition to developing partnerships with control institutions for planning activities aimed at fostering a habit of social control among students.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Transparência públicaControle socialDocênciaCurrículo escolarTransversalidadePublic transparencySocial controlTeachingSchool curriculumTransversalityTransparência e controle social no currículo escolar: percepção dos educadores da rede estadual do RN vinculados à 3ª DIRECTransparency and social control in the school curriculum: perception of RN state network educators linked to the 3rd DIRECbachelorThesis
