Dashboard is a tool that makes possible a quick view of data in integrated manner, considering criteria for transparency, providing systematization and improvement of provided information. Realize such as essential factor the elaboration and the provision of Manual Dashboard’s DGP to use this tool, due to help the actors (Chief Executive Officer – CEO’s) to extracting relevant information for more efficient making decision. Goal: Develop a manual for the use the tool of Dashboard on management human resource on Ebserh Network. Methodology: It is a technological research, with method of Integrative Literature Review (about Dashboards developed like a tool of management to subsidise the making decision’s improvement) and method of exploratory research for the development of panel tools (with a Diagnostic Survey: data analysis from Ebserh, layout definition and creating pages) and development of the Manual (with a preliminary phase – Dashboard’s development, importance of Manual’s establishment and delection of Network’s manuals – and a enforceable phase – definition of goals and content, description of abbreviations, creation of picture’s list, elaboration of the text and organizing figures and data). Results: Manual Dashboard’s DGP and Article. Conclusion: This study brings major contributions for health public policies in Brazil, inovating on promotion of policies targeted to professionals of Ebserh Network in front of transparent criteria and systematic information.
