Therefore, establishing and analyzing the capacity of the process, that is, check whether the procedure complies with the specifications stipulated. The present work, developed in Núcleo de Pesquisa em Medicamentos e Alimentos – NUPLAM, deals with the analysis of data from samples carried out at point SPT 11, this point that impacts on the quality of the incoming water in the core for the purification process of the same, consequently influencing water validation process. The objective of this study is to apply statistical process control to the monitoring data collected, ensuring reliability in order to guarantee its validation. The variables involved in this process are conductivity, total organic carbon, the counting of heterotrophic bacteria, fecal and total coliforms.
