This is a longitudinal study. Thirty-three women over 35 years old and with complaints of Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) participated in the study. The volunteers underwent an initial assessment, and after 48 hours, the stimulus was applied with cryotherapy or with the manometry probe and then the reassessment was performed, following the same protocol of the initial assessment. The temperature in the perineal tendinous center and in the labia minora was evaluated before, immediately after and minutes after the treatments, and at the end, the volunteers indicated the level of satisfaction with the treatments from a Lickert scale. Statistical analyzes were performed with the GraphPad Prism 5 program and the Shapiro–Wilk test showed a non-parametric distribution of the data. The intragroup analysis showed that there was a decrease in the temperature of the central tendon of the perineum between the temperature measured before the intervention and the measurements obtained after the intervention with cryotherapy and manometry. In the intergroup analysis, the cryotherapy group had a lower temperature than the manometry group in the post-intervention assessments.
