The Reference Centers for Special Immunobiologicals (CRIE) are part of the PNI, providing high-tech, high-cost immunobiologicals to a public that is more prone to diseases or risks of complications. However, many professionals are unaware of or do not have adequate knowledge about these centers, failing to guide the population and refer the target audience. The objective of this study is to build a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on special immunobiologicals for Primary Health Care professionals for the SUS Virtual Learning Environment (AVASUS). This is an action research, with methodological study stages, with consultation of the learning needs of professionals, literature review and preparation of educational content for later validation and evaluation. The content is self-instructional and consists of five units in the format of open educational resources.
