It is important to highlight that this relationship plays a crucial role in determining the rights, guarantees and well-being of workers, as well as in shaping social justice in the country. Through an analysis of specialized literature, which covers the period from 2017 to 2023 and current legislation, such as the Federal Constitution of 1988, the National Tax Code and the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), this study aims to deepen our understanding the implications of this complex interconnection. The question that guides this research is: how does the relationship between the tax system and labor law directly affect social justice and the well-being of Brazilian citizens?
