The teacher is one of the main actors in the process of formation of the subject. This dissertation aims to analyze the role of Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID) physical education subproject to the professional, from the perspective of graduates. The work is justified from an analysis about the restructuring of the degrees, for many years considered deficient under didactic-pedagogic look. With a view from de perspective of the experiential knowledge of Maurice Tardif at training course degree in physical education, the research is characterized as being descriptive with a qualitative approach. It consists of a case study where closed questionnaires were applied were applied to alumni, sent to emails from participants and which contained 5 (five) issues objective formed by scales. In all, the sample is formed by 17 (seventeen) subject. From our tool of research, analysis and discussion of the responses, it was possible to observe participants' satisfaction with the experiments experienced by the program and enrich the process of formation of each one of them. It appears the relationship of the PIBID experience with the faculty knowledge that serve as a letter to the professional activities of a teacher, as well as the achievement of program objectives for the formation of graduates in Physical Education. To get better answers about the theme, nothing better than listening to the alumni of the program, understood as subjects of their own professional construction, having the PIBID an active significance for the enrichment the formation of current or future fellows of Teaching Initiation (ID). We understand that the construction of the teacher does not depend solely and exclusively of cognitive knowledge from graduation.
