The purpose of this paper is to analyze the organizational climate of the sewing faction X located in Jardim do Seridó city using the Organizational Climate Scale (ECO). This method evaluates five factors: management and organization support, reward, physical comfort, control / pressure and cohesion among colleagues. The methodology used is quantitative, having as data collection the application of questionnaires with 43 employees. From the analysis of the (ECO), it is possible to identify that the three factors that obtained the highest factorial average were cohesion among colleagues, management and organizational support and physical comfort, but the results were not enough to reach a Good organizational climate.
