This study aims to analyze the organizational climate in the Crediamigo Program of Banco do Nordeste at the Currais Novos branch, identifying the challenges faced by employees and proposing improvement strategies. The research was conducted through a questionnaire applied to employees, addressing aspects such as leadership, internal communication, interpersonal relationships, workload, and motivation. Based on the results, most respondents positively evaluate the work environment, highlighting the quality of leadership and organizational support. However, opportunities for improvement were also identified, such as better workload distribution and the implementation of strategies to strengthen motivation and professional growth.
