This study aimed to implement and analyze the impacts of LH combined with process management in a diagnostic imaging clinic located in Natal/RN, Brazil. The sample included MRI procedures performed between 2023 and 2024. This action research involved process mapping using Bizagi Modeler, interviews with professionals, direct observations, and data extraction from the clinic’s management system. Interventions were structured according to the PDCA cycle, including training sessions, standardizations, and workflow reorganization. Statistical analysis considered indicators such as the number of exams, average service time (AST), and revenue. Results showed a progressive increase in monthly production, with a 41% growth in productivity and a 36% increase in revenue. The AST dropped from 40 to 28 minutes. The discussion showed that workflow reorganization, staff training, and better use of available resources were essential to the results.
