The proximity of the multiprofessional team with the users of the service is a fundamental basis for the process of ensuring the rights of those who seek care (MATTA, 2017). However, what can be done when this access is interrupted? This scenario was observed during the covid-19 infection that has been in place around the world since 2020, the year the World Health Organization (WHO) decreed the official start of the pandemic. So, what actions are needed to strengthen access to information for the users of the service? In this context, information and communication technologies (ICTs) arise as a possibility to break barriers and strengthen the communication between health promotion agents and their users (MACÊDO, 2021).
