ISD operates in the fields of neuroscience and neuroengineering, maternal and child health, and the health of people with disabilities. The analyzed audiovisual productions were posted on the institution's Instagram profile. The study aims to investigate the relevance of digital media for communication and scientific dissemination within the context of Instagram, based on two dimensions of analysis: the first examines engagement data, interactions, and the profile of the audience reached by the posts; the second provides an interpretation of data obtained through qualitative semi-structured interviews, conducted with individuals who follow and engaged with the institution on this social network.
