To appraise the quality and the relevance, the subsequent goals have been set: to present a panorama of the Professional Master’s Degree in Public Management papers; to list the expectations of theoretical and empirical contributions of the papers from the perspective of the authors; to evaluate the expectations of the contributions for the public administration. This paper is an exploratory-descriptive study that used the case study as research strategy and the bibliometrics as collecting technique and data analysis. From the research done, it is possible to affirm that the PPPM papers have a satisfactory quality and satisfactory relevance levels, not only for the college community but also for the public institutions in focus, especially through the expectations of the contributions to the debate, through the use of information, through the expansion of the literature in the field of public administration, as well as to promote changes and to develop the organizations analyzed through the proposition of new technologies, methodologies and standard procedures.
