This research aims to reveal the way in which the Manager Committee members interprets the economic, social, and environmental dimensions regarding the composition of sustainability on new developments. The theoretical reference includes the Solidarity Economy as a strategy to the Sustainable Regional Development. Regarding the methods, a case study was made, using semi-structured interviews along with individuals involved in these areas. The research led us to conclude that mainly the economic dimension, with social dimensions as a secondary, overlaps the environmental dimension.
