Notwithstanding, it has also been through regulatory changes with regards to the Brazilian Digital Television System (SBTVD-T) implementation. This work addresses the processes necessary for the bestowal of the multimedia broadcasting service and its respective auxiliary services. It also discusses the aspects for designing its technical project. Nevertheless, some easily accessible tools are presented in order to assist the design process.  Finally, the signal measuring activity against the Brazilian standard ABNT 15604/2017 is described. This activity is paramount in order to understand the digital television coverage at the city of Natal.
