Within this context, games are widely explored as a form of entertainment among friends, family, or on digital platforms. Given this relevance, establishing a connection between imagination, games, and education through teaching-learning methodologies becomes essential in contemporary schools. Geography naturally relates to these elements; however, many educators still adhere to traditional teaching methods focused on simple knowledge transmission, without considering the introduction of creative approaches that also promote learning. This work proposes the development of the game "Geo Stories" as an innovative language for teaching and learning geographical concepts and content, using thematic puzzles. In addition, it sought to explore the importance of games with educational purposes in teaching Geography and how the Theory of Meaningful Learning, the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and Active and Cooperative Methodologies relate to the use of games as a pedagogical tool. The methodology adopted included a literature review on the relationship between games and the teaching of Geography, highlighting the relevance of the mentioned learning theories and methodologies. The content on Globalization was chosen as the central theme for the lectures and, consequently, for the game. With the lesson plan developed, the game was implemented in the classroom and subsequently evaluated in all its stages.
