The study begins with a historical approach to the category of work, highlighting, above all, the impacts brought about by capitalism and its consequences as consequences in the worker's life. The text aims to observe the challenges of work, especially for women, in the neoliberal context. Furthermore, it discusses gender inequalities, the sexual division of labor and the intensification of female tasks that were accentuated by the COVID-19 Pandemic. This analysis was relevant so that it was possible to achieve, as a general objective, the analysis of possible expressions of moral harassment present in the daily work of administrative techniques at UFRN and as specific objectives to elaborate a sociodemographic profile of administrative techniques; identify their understanding of violence at work as well as investigate the main expressions of bullying present in labor relations. The aforementioned survey at the state level was carried out using a questionnaire adapted to Google Forms, with 21 (twenty-one) questions, which was sent by e-mail by the UFRN's Computer Science Superintendence - SINFO, to all women who were part of it. of the target audience. The questionnaire reached 1,864 (one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four) answers given by 76 (seventy-six) public servants.
