It has as its goal the proposition of the deployment of a tool for managing the processes that join the Legislative House and archiving of documents stored in the institution. As specific objectives were defined: identify the problems of storage of documents; presenting the problems of lack of process management; to describe the profile of councillors of the current legislature; and to trace the profile of the servers of the House. The main method used was the documentary research, arising from the observation in loco performed. The main expected outcome is that if you organize the existing documentation in the institution and if implant routines for the processes that begin in the body, through the deployment of the tool motion, and the first results will be presented in a qualitative way. Also it is expected that the institution complies with the Law n° 12.527/2011 (Law on Access to Information) and deliver the documents to the population. It is concluded that all the proposed objectives were achieved and the methods proved to be relevant to the project, even being a new theme without many references to the public administration, but with many possibilities of action.
