Specifically, it sought to identify the employees’ socioeconomic profile, assess their satisfaction level regarding leadership support, rewards, physical comfort, control/pressure and cohesion among colleagues, and to propose practical recommendations to improve the internal work environment. The research has an exploratory and descriptive nature and was carried out with all company employees (n = 7) through a structured questionnaire with 63 items, applied from June 23rd to 27th, 2025. The results indicated an intermediate organizational climate, with factor averages ranging from 2.7 to 3.8, showing a generally favorable perception regarding leadership support, rewards, physical comfort and cohesion among colleagues. However, the control/pressure factor obtained a lower average, highlighting the need for adjustments to avoid excessive supervision and demands. It is concluded that strengthening dialogue, recognition and deadline flexibility are recommended measures to improve the internal climate while maintaining the high level of integration among colleagues. As a limitation, it should be noted that the study was restricted to a single company with a small sample, which may imply bias risks and limit the generalizability of the findings.pt-BRClima organizacional.
