The research was conducted through an online questionnaire in which parents or guardians answered questions about these difficulties. The analysis of the responses revealed common issues, such as failures in essential components (batteries, antennas, and cables) and difficulties in accessing replacement parts, particularly within the public healthcare system. Another issue studied was whether there is a correlation between the educational level of the caregivers and their knowledge about the rights and care of the devices. Inadequate maintenance practices, such as improper use of dehumidifiers, were identified as critical factors.
