(1975), Marianha Tiro-a-Esmo (1976), Maria de Jesus de Souza (1986) and Amsterdam, ai! (1986) we have prostitutes as leading caracters or leading roles inside the stories. In other publications from the author, we also can see prostituiton as part of the written city which include others marginalized personalities whose lives are made into great suburbs from big cities, specially Rio and São Paulo. In this job it is intended to observ how prostituition is structured as image inside and from the written city of João Antônio and still how this construction is made by intermediate of erotism around female figure.
