Objective: Therefore, the study aims to analyze the prevalence of Common Mental Disorders (CMD), and their association with sociodemographic factors, health and lifestyle aspects, working conditions and quality of life at work in multidisciplinary residents of the interior of the northeast Brazilian. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach. The research was carried out with 69 residents of maternal and child health and primary care residency programs. Social and working conditions, health habits and lifestyle were investigated in this study. Bivariate analysis was conducted using Pearson's Chi-square to analyze the relationship between TMC and independent variables. Consider the statistical significance level of p≤0.05. Results: The prevalence of CMD in residents was 76.8%, and was associated with aspects of health and lifestyle, working conditions and quality of life at work. QWL was defined as neutral by residents, with a low assessment in the professional domain. Conclusion: The present study reinforces the high prevalence of CMD in residents and these indicators can be useful as warning signs, promoting improvements in working conditions, mental health and quality of life for residents of the Seridó Potiguar region.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Residência MultidisciplinarSaúde mentalTranstornos mentaisSaúde do trabalhadorMultidisciplinary ResidencyMental healthMental disordersWorker's healthAvaliação de transtornos mentais comuns e qualidade de vida no trabalho de residentes multiprofissionais em saúde no seridó potiguarEvaluation of common mental disorders and quality of work life of multiprofessional healthcare residents in seridó potiguarbachelorThesis
