Estudo de liberação cutânea in vitro de formulações cosméticas contendo lipase. 2022. 23f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Farmácia), Departamento de Farmácia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/50283Enzymes are widely used in various industrial processes, such as textiles, cosmetics, food and beverage production. Among the enzymes, lipases stand out, which hydrolyze long-chain acylglycerols and have a wide potential for application in cosmetic products. They can be used in shampoos and cleaning soaps for oily skin, as well as enzymatic peeling and cellulite care. This work aimed to develop formulations containing lipase and evaluate the release profile of the active through the study of in vitro cutaneous release using franz cell and optimized membrane. The release of lipase from gel formulations occurred slowly, with greater release in the collection time of 5 hours (t5). Characteristics of the formulation, of the active and of the membrane used in this study can justify this profile, when the hydrophilic enzyme has greater affinity with the components of the formulation when compared to the composition of the membrane used, which has a more hydrophobic character. Further studies should be carried out with the aim of improving the active release profile, collaborating for the development of effective biotechnological cosmetic products.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/CosméticoLipaseLiberação cutâneaCélula de FranzCosmeticLipaseCutaneous releaseFranz cellEstudo de liberação cutânea in vitro de formulações cosméticas contendo lipaseIn vitro skin release study of formulations cosmetics containing lipasebachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
