Therefore, the research aimed to build workshops to obtain situational strategic planning for pharmaceutical care for elderly patients. The research was developed at the Mãe Joaquina Basic Health Unit, located in the city of São Fernando/RN, with a team of 09 professionals who make up the unit and who are directly linked to pharmaceutical care, from August to November 2023. To develop the situational strategic planning (SSP), workshops were held, with the fishbowl method for the explanatory moment phase I, realistic simulation for the explanatory moment phase II, gamification with the Kahoot! tool for the normative and strategic moments and group discussion for the tacticaloperational moment. Through the use of active methodologies during the workshops, strong team proactivity, a reflective environment, essential skills, and dynamic experience were obtained, which strengthened the teaching and learning process in health education.
