This project's main object of work is the construction of personalized artifacts produced in acrylic. Specifically, the investigation seeks to create action plans, with the purpose of solving the problems that generate difficulties for understanding among employees in the production sector, improving internal communication and evaluating whether the 5W2H helped in the operational control by the production manager of the company. To achieve these goals, the work was essentially based on the works of Balbinot (2014), Kotler (2011), Araújo (2017), Lucinda (2016), Martins (2017) and on the existing literature based on scientific articles, TCC, monographs, master's thesis, publications in magazines, in addition to published books. With regard to methodology, the research is a case study according to a qualitative approach, descriptive and observational. Data construction took place through non-participant observation, document analysis and semi-structured interviews with three subjects - two sector coordinators and the production manager. The interview with the two supervisors took place before the tool was implemented. The interview with the manager took place in two moments: one before the implementation of 5W2H and another after two weeks of implementation. Data triangulation was performed for a better analysis of the information and the software used for this purpose was ATLAS.ti®️, based on the content analysis technique. As a result, it was found that the tool, in general, helped the production management to better organize their work routine, as well as brought suggestions for improvements to other problems that arose during this study, such as: communicative improvement between sectors, better redistribution of tasks and better reuse of acrylic waste.Ferramenta 5W2HPlano de açãoArtefatos em acrílicoAction planAcrylic artifactsbachelorThesis
