(@oqueequenataltem). It details the interactions and reach achieved during the first year of this initiative through the use of images and videos. To develop the article, data provided by the Mlabs platform—a social media management tool—were collected and analyzed, contributing to an understanding of the profile of the page's followers and the level of engagement achieved throughout the content production process. Additionally, bibliographical research was conducted to outline concepts related to heritage education, providing a solid foundation and introduction to the context in which the profile operates. This initiative highlights the functionality of communication in the virtual world, proposing a new perspective for addressing heritage education.
