A mapping of the project process was elaborated that divided the work in eight steps, passing through the theoretical reference, study of Brazilian bioclimatic zoning and use of architectural programming to identify problems and propose solutions. The latter guided the choice of architectural precedents, the definition of the characteristics most relevant to the development of the party and the preparation of the draft. Construction materials were specified to enable the simplified prediction method to be applied and to refine the project until ENCE A was achieved. The thermal simulation developed in the Design Builder software was used to prove or refute the simplified simulation results, to evaluate the occurrence of comfort in the Uhs and to identify the weight of the design strategies. It was planned to prepare a preliminary budget to prove the financial viability of the project and its compliance with the limits imposed by track 2 of the Minha Casa Minha Vida program.
