For this, a bibliographic research was carried out in order to identify basic aspects of each of these research fields. With these theoretical inputs was created the proposed framework that relate the phases of pre-interaction, interaction, and post-interaction to characteristics and purposes, which can be considered in information architecture designs, of the two fields.
