Therefore, it is necessary to understand how the sporting events took place, focusing, in the present work, on the construction of the Arena das Dunas Stadium. Also understand how Brazil was chosen to host the 2014 World Cup. In addition, it is important to visualize how the Public Private Partnership that was responsible for the pharaonic work in Natal took place, unraveling the concept of PPP, using the understanding of intellectuals from Administrative Law.
