The primary objective is to explore and analyze the challenges faced in producing a podcast aimed at scientific dissemination, with a special focus on the Northeast region of Brazil. The project aims to give voice to professionals involved in scientific production, highlighting their trajectories, challenges, and professional goals. The methodology employed included quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis of podcast production, and interviews with researchers. Initially, a detailed survey was conducted, consulting institutional reports, scientific articles, and online databases to identify patterns and trends. This study was grounded in several relevant theoretical sources. Bueno (1985) discussed concepts of scientific journalism, while Perez (2004) contributed insights into expressiveness and sensoriality in communication. Klein (2004) discussed the global impact of brands. Market studies such as Opinion Box (2022) and podcast audience data from Statista (2024) provided insights into consumption trends. Oliveira (2021) analyzed scientific dissemination in podcasts, complemented by the study on Podcast in Professional and Technological Education in the Electronic Scientific Journal Interdisciplinary Teaching, CORADINI. Technical, creative, and editorial aspects involved in podcast conception were examined. By interviewing five experts across different fields, including scientists and a journalist specialized in scientific journalism, the aim was to gain deeper insights into the creation processes and specific challenges faced in the Northeast region of Brazil.
