Thus, the Consumer Defense Code emerged with the aim of equating consumer relations by defending the most vulnerable subjects, consumers, and making responsible the lucrative activities of hyposufficient subjects: suppliers. However, in a society of overexposure and with the advent of technology, new subjects conquer space and gain the trust of their peers, influencers and these new social relationships begin to have consumerist contours from the moment that suppliers look for influencers to, using testimonial advertising, publicize your products.
