Data from the Food and Nutrition Surveillance System (SISVAN) was used, in the Northeast macro-region, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, divided by its eight health regions, the Regional Public Health Unit (URSAP) Results: The state of Rio Grande do Norte has a higher prevalence of severe obesity, exceeding the national average, at the same time that underweight, although less prevalent, continues to be a significant issue. In view of this, there is a need for integrated interventions that promote food security, healthy eating habits and adequate access to healthcare.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/vigilância alimentarnutriçãopandemiaSISVANRio Grande do NortePerfil nutricional da população adulta nas regiões de saúde do estado do Rio Grande do NorteNutritional profile of the adult population in the healthcare regions of the state of Rio Grande do NortebachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
