The study was conducted through qualitative research, utilizing two questionnaires for data collection, as well as a literature review to support our objectives. The study emphasizes that active family participation transforms the educational journey, providing emotional support and essential values for the child's holistic development. This article aims to reflect on and describe how family involvement occurs in the school context and the positive impacts this presence has on children’s lives. Through bibliographical research, based on thinkers such as Saviani and Libâneo, we seek to strengthen the discussion on the essential role of the family in the school environment.
