However, Brazilian civil construction still has a lack of technology, being limited to the skills and productivity of the working manpower, given that the activities developed are still very manual. Thus, there is a need to improve the management of the production process, ensuring productivity, standardization, cost reduction and quality of the final delivery, as a way of meeting market competitiveness. The main objective of the work is to analyze how the implementation of Lean Construction tools can contribute to the fulfillment of medium and short term planning and assist in the management of the work through the analysis of indicators such as Percentage of Completed Packages (PPC) and Percentage of Packages with Quality (PPQ). The analysis was based on a case study through which the implementation of Lean Construction tools was evaluated in a work in Natal/RN. The methodology was carried out in five stages: bibliographic review, characterization of the enterprise under study, characterization of the project scope, survey of planning data and analysis of results. In general, the structure line obtained an average PPC of 81.2% and an average PPQ of 94.8%, and the finishing line reached an average PPC of 58.5% and an average PPQ of 76%. Among the main conclusions that the work brought was the importance of the PPC and PPQ performance indicators to evaluate the progress and completion of the work services, in the survey of action plans so that the work manager can make quick and assertive decisions and, the need for an engaged and committed team focused on ensuring compliance with planned packages, forecasting restrictions and ensuring the quality of delivery.PPCPPQPlanejamentoGerenciamentoGestãoLean ConstructionbachelorThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS
