The aim of the research was to understand possible relationships between Classical Ballet and Popular Dances in the city of Cabedelo (PB). The investigation of this dialogical nature was based on my lived world, the show Marbelo by the collective Balé Popular de Cabedelo and through the accounts of the interviewees, Renilda Bichara, Valesca Rique, Rita Spinelli, Janielle Nálija and Ewellyn Lima. To this end, we used the phenomenological approach, based on Merleau-Ponty, Jorge Larrosa, André Lepecki, Laurence Loupper, Teodora Alves and Alysson Amâncio, to unveil the phenomenon and we came to the following understanding: that it is possible to establish a fine line between artistic strands, with dance being the highlight of this research. However, when relating different dance techniques, it is necessary to study and recognition of these cultures, based on their historical background, and reflection in order to know what relationship is possible. Whether they are close or different, each culture having its history preserved, thus reflecting on whether, in fact, a multicultural practice is takingplace or more of a reproduction of a practice of appropriating knowledge. This reflection is a process of lasting and gradual construction, taking even generations to build up. This dissertation, therefore, is a seed sown and an invitation to reflect on our practices as artists whoseek diversity and hybridization of their bodies and movementsAcesso Abertodiálogoexperiênciadançacorpohibridismo.Diálogo entre danças: corpo vivo, corpo vividomasterThesis
