2025. 17f. As a consequence, an increase in diagnoses of Burnout Syndrome was observed. Through a bibliographical review and the hypothetical-deductive method, the study demonstrates that the high number of illnesses reflects a devaluation of human rights, highlighting the need to include the right to disconnection in the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) as a human right. It is concluded that the high rates of Burnout result from regulatory omission, which does not provide for effective sanctions for non-compliance with rest hours, making it essential to implement legislative mechanisms that guarantee the protection of this right and the application of strict penalties in case of non-compliance.
