In the context of patient care with COVID-19, care has become a major challenge faced by health professionals. Objectives: To map the production of knowledge about the guidelines on the CPR procedure and to develop educational guides with guidelines on the procedures in critical patients and those affected by COVID-19. Method: This is a scope review, which began in October 2020 and was carried out in the data sources: SCOPUS, PUBMED, CINAHL and SCIENCE DIRECT. The results were analyzed through an initial stage of study screening, characterized by the reading of titles and abstracts, and a subsequent reading of the full text by a pair of reviewers independently. The final summarization resulted in the construction of educational guides. Results: 21,182 studies were identified in the aforementioned databases. Of these, 13 were duplicates and were removed. After finalizing the selection, only 12 were included in the review. The main recommendations found regarding CPR in general critical patients address: CRP recognition; AED request; Start of CPR; AED installation; Assessment of heart rate; Medication administration. Regarding the recommendations extracted from the articles referring to CPR in critically ill patients with COVID-19, the main findings are: Clothing – PPE's; Orotracheal Intubation (OTI); Disparamentation - PPE's; Early prevention. Finally, there was the construction of two educational guides. Conclusion: The scientific literature presents recommendations already filed by the existing guidelines, focusing mainly on measures to prevent contamination and the safety of professionals. However, it is necessary to organize and build protocols and train professionals, thus ensuring the effectiveness of procedures and maneuvers in the most diverse scenarios and levels of user service.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Educação em saúdeCuidados de enfermagemParada cardíacaReanimação cardiopulmonarInfecções por CoronavírusElaboração de guias educativos sobre reanimação cardiopulmonar em pacientes gerais e acometidos pela COVID-19Elaboration of educational guides on cardiopulmonary resuscitation in general patients and those affected by COVID-19bachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
