Specifically, it seeks to investigate and understand how the methodological approaches in teaching struggles in public and private schools are treated, as well as the professional and content experiences of teachers. This study is based on discussions of the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN's) and the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) and authors who address the current methodologies for this niche of education. The researched works will be books and scientific articles published in national journals on Physical Education. The results of the analyzes will be useful for the dissemination and corroboration of information about the subject. The study contributes to the field of physical education because its results point to the need for a reorientation of these teachers on an issue as important as that of struggles.
