UX principles were used to make the manual more intuitive, accessible and practical, promoting the efficient use of the institution's visual guidelines. The qualitative methodology, which includes a focus group with experts in Design and Communication and former students of the university, seeks to explore how UFRN's visual communication can be improved for a cohesive application in line with the university's values and social role.
