Biomarcadores para cardiomiopatia arritmogênica do ventrículo direito através de análise bioinformática. Orientador: Dr. André Ducati Luchessi. 2024. 61f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas) - Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/59025Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (CAVD) is a disease characterized pathologically by fibrofatty replacement primarily in the right ventricle of normal heart tissue and clinically by potentially fatal ventricular arrhythmias in apparently healthy young people. The prevalence of the disease was estimated at 1:5,000 individuals. CAVD has a very difficult diagnosis due to the need to investigate and differentiate the results of several electrocardiographic tests that are also common to other heart diseases. The aim of this work is to analyze miRNA and RNAm expression profile data from patients with CAVD and provide insights on the pathophysiology of CAVD and new connections of the miRNAsRNAms network for further investigation and screening of efficient biomarkers for CAVD. For this, GEO dataset databases and bioinformatics tools were used to track 47 DEGs in CAVD. Then, Gene Ontology enrichment analysis (GO) and protein-protein interaction analysis (PPI) were performed. Finally, 3 most important small molecules (hsa-miR-21-5p, hsa-miR-4443, hsa-miR-486-5p) were identified that show expression in tissue and plasma and have disease-related molecular mechanisms in the disease cycle and could serve as a promising biomarker for CAVD.Acesso AbertoCardiomiopatia arritmogênica do ventrículo direito.
