The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing bibliographic and documentary sources, along with the analysis of quantitative data on employment, income, informality, and the use of women's labor force within the spheres of production and reproduction. The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in January 2020, intensified historically rooted inequalities, especially for women, who were overburdened both in productive and reproductive labor. The study examines historical trends exacerbated by this context—such as unemployment, informality, double workload, and low wages—which are even more severe for Black women. The discussion engages with concepts such as the sexual division of labor, capitalism, patriarchy, and structural racism to understand how these dynamics keep women in conditions of exploitation and subordination. The data analyzed reveal that, even after the official end of the pandemic, economic recovery did not occur equitably: women face higher rates of unemployment, informality, and underutilization of their labor force. The precarization of women’s labor relations expresses not only gender inequality but also the effects of a productive model that constantly renews itself by exploiting the intersections of class, gender, and race. Thus, this study contributes to a critical understanding of the position of women in the contemporary world of work.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/br/Serviço SocialPrecarização do trabalhoTrabalho femininoPandemia - Covid-19Social WorkPrecarious workWomen's workPademic - Covid-19A precarização do trabalho das mulheres: tendências históricas e seu agravamento no contexto pós pandêmico no BrasilThe precarization of women’s labor: historical and its worsening in the post-pandemic context in BrazilbachelorThesisCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::SERVICO SOCIAL
