Objective: To report the experience of the action research carried out in the quilombo Acauã/RN and to establish an association with the interfaces in health and decoloniality, as well as the racial and ethnic issue. Method: Report of an experience resulting from qualitative research in loco, action research, through meetings with focus groups. Development: Unfolding of thematic categories and reporting of experiences.
