Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Ciências e Tecnologia com Ênfase em Negócios Tecnológicos) - Escola de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/46435When we talk about creating a new product today, especially when it's hardware, we soon understand that it needs to be innovative, disruptive or something totally different from what's on the market. In order to have a profitable product in hand, this process is not entirely linear, as the combination of several tools throughout the clearance of this imbroglio can be done through several different methods, where in most absurd cases, its misapplication tends to take the product to failure. To provide the basis for our process, we will use the idea of design thinking, a method that encourages ideation and discernment when working on problems, related to capturing information, analyzing knowledge and proposing solutions. Immersion, analysis, ideation and prototyping are the steps for building an innovative and valuable product. The art of making mistakes early to always succeed, practiced on the hardware, brings the differential and evolution that the product needs. One can sometimes just work through the client's pain. Using the right methods and tools it is possible to optimize production time to have something profitable and enter the market as soon as possible. Finally, we will show how to move from an abstract concept of an idea to scale production, working with these tools, such as the ideation process, computerized transformation, rapid prototyping, marketing tests, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and mass production, using as a validator of our Pool Printing system.ProdutoInovadorDisruptivoDesign thinkingMVP (Mínimo Produto Viável)Design thinking aplicado ao hardware: sistema de impressão em poolDesign thinking applied to hardware: pool printing systembachelorThesis
