Entre direitos e desafios: mulheres negras e a luta por saúde sexual e reprodutiva no Brasil. Orientadora: Janaiky Pereira de Almeida. 2025. 57 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação) - Curso de Serviço Social, Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/63526The present study discusses the structural and social challenges that black women face in accessing sexual and reproductive health services. In this context, the general objective is to analyze the obstacles faced by black women in accessing these services in Brazil, as a consequence of structural racism. The bibliographic research, qualitative in nature, utilized sources such as websites, academic articles, dissertations, books, government reports, and Ministry of Health documents to gather information on the subject. The study reveals that, despite advances in the expansion of rights, public policies, and the efforts of feminist movements, black women remain the group with the greatest difficulty in accessing health services and the most affected by violence. Equal treatment, which should be the norm, is absent and shaped by issues of race, gender, and class. Such inequalities limit access to sexual health policies and hinder the exercise of autonomy in health care and family planning. Given this reality, it is evident that only concrete actions in education, social awareness about the impact of structural racism, investment, professional training, and the structuring of services can ensure improved sexual and reproductive health care and consequently better access for black women to such services.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Serviço socialMulheres negrasDireitosSaúde sexual e reprodutivaSocial serviceBlack womenRightsSexual and reproductive healthEntre direitos e desafios: mulheres negras e a luta por saúde sexual e reprodutiva no BrasilbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::SERVICO SOCIAL
