Despite the emphasis on prevention methods, population aging and increased life expectancy naturally contribute to the increase in the number of cases each year. Thus, in this work, it is proposed the development of a system with the functions of monitoring the bed position of the patient in real time, timing inertia and alerting the correct moment for the patient repositioning, in order to help correct execution of the decubitus change protocol (lying position).
