Made from bibliographic and documental research in specialized authors, as well as jurisprudence and news published in the union press, it also counts on the personal experience of the researcher, who witnessed (privileged observer) and experienced (ideal witness), feeling in his own skin the harmful effects of this real violence in the banking work environment. In addition to identifying moral harassment within the scope of the CEF, in order to enable: the conceptual delimitation, the awareness of the problem of this phenomenon in interpersonal, work and organizational relationships, and, the demystification and overcoming of the taboo within the company regarding the subject, the present study also presents a preventive nature and educational character. In spite of not being the intention of this research to exhaust all the discussion on the subject, but to lead the reader to draw their own conclusions, it was identified that the main modalities of moral harassment in Caixa Econômica Federal occur in authoritarian hierarchical relationships, when the boss, supervisor or manager sets abusive goals, puts the employee to work in more than one department, or harasss the subordinate continuously and blatantly.Assédio moralTrabalhoPrevençãoBullyingCEFWorkPreventionbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::DIREITO
