Mulheres que comandam: microempreendedorismo feminino e o apoio do estado. 2021. 60f. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and its target audience is women entrepreneurs. Thus, based on this research, the need and opportunities it has can be highlighted. The data collection technique was performed through a structured interview, with data collected virtually, as a result of the new Corona Virus pandemic. The results reveal that the Municipality has proposals to encourage entrepreneurship, but the actions are not effective in the specific context of female entrepreneurship, and these entrepreneurs present in the municipality are not aware of these policies, which lead them to walk alone without external support. It takes a lot of grit and determination not to give in to the pressures that lead many other women to give up on their companies.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Administração PúblicaPolíticas públicasEmpreendedorismo femininoMulheresPublic ManagementPublic policiesFemale entrepreneurshipWomenMulheres que comandam: microempreendedorismo feminino e o apoio do estadoWomen in charge: female microentrepreneurship and the state supportbachelorThesis
