One of these complexes is Conjunto Pajuçara II, located in the Pajuçara neighborhood. In addition to housing, facilities related to health, education and leisure were made available to the community. Among these facilities is a space designated for a community center, which maintains its almost original configuration. In recent years, with the deactivation of neighboring equipment, this new building was incorporated into the community center, but without changing its configuration. The purpose of this study is to formulate a proposal to renovate and expand the community center, with the aim of providing activities that foster greater cohesion among residents and promote integration between them. From understanding knowledge about the principles of Biophilic Architecture and discerning how environments are influenced by these principles. The implementation of design choices that favor the construction of structures that are easy to care for and maintain.
