Consumo das vitaminas B6, B9 e B12 e ansiedade de estudantes do curso de nutrição da FACISA/UFRN. Orientador: Fernanda da Fonseca Freitas. 2023. 22 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Nutrição) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairí, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, 2023.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/56472The university scenario, as it is made up of countless academic demands, can cause and/or worsen the presence of anxiety and often promote unregulated eating. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 are being linked to the treatment and prevention of anxiety, however, current studies are still insufficient to prove this benefit. The objective of this work was to analyze the consumption of foods that are sources of vitamin B6, B9 and B12 and their relationship with anxiety in university students. This was a cross-sectional research, with the participation of 48 university students who responded to the sociodemographic form, the Trait Anxiety Inventory and the semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire, the ELSA-Brazil. The results show that students who consumed foods rich in vitamins B6, B9 and B12 daily had lower anxiety scores (42.6±8.6 points versus 48.8±10.1 points). Therefore, it is concluded that daily intake of this group of vitamins can be a strategy for preventing and treating anxiety.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/AnsiedadeAnxietyEstudantesStudentsCobalaminaCobalaminPiridoxinaPyridoxineÁcido fólicoFolic acidConsumo das vitaminas B6, B9 e B12 e ansiedade de estudantes do curso de nutrição da FACISA/UFRNConsumption of vitamins B6, B9 and B12 and anxiety of students on the nutrition course at FACISA/UFRNConsumo de vitaminas B6, B9 y B12 y ansiedad de los estudiantes del curso de nutrición de FACISA/UFRNbachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE
